Private helicopter banking low over a turquoise cove meeting dense rainforest at golden hour — Llegaste heli-access ecotour
Private helicopter ecotours · Booking 2027

Skip the road.
Land wild.

Nine private helicopter circuits. Trade the eight-hour transfer for a thirty-minute flight — and sleep in lodges no road reaches.

Less time in transit.

A typical circuit replaces 6–10 hours of dirt-road transfers with a 20–45 minute private flight. Every hour saved is another hour in the delta, on the reef, or above the glacier.

Lodges no road reaches.

Delta islands, Skeleton Coast fly-camps, glacier plateaus, private sandbars. Our circuits land where wheeled itineraries cannot go — and stay overnight.

1:1
One pilot, one guide, your party.

Every A-List and D-List circuit runs with a dedicated helicopter, a senior specialist, and no shared vehicles. Your rhythm sets the day, every day.

Questions we hear daily

Before you deposit.

How much does a private helicopter safari cost?+

Circuits start around $2,400 per person for a 4-night Minimalist itinerary in Costa Rica and rise to $30,000+ per person for A-List Botswana or Patagonia. Every price is per-person and includes helicopter access, lodging at your tier, senior guide, ground transfers, park fees, meals, and concierge — flights are estimated separately using historical fare data for your dates.

Why book a helicopter circuit instead of driving?+

Because the drive isn't the trip. A helicopter turns an 8-hour transfer into a 30-minute flight, unlocks lodges and camps no road reaches, and shows you the terrain — Okavango channels, Torres del Paine spires, the Skeleton Coast wreck line — from the only angle that reveals its scale.

What's the difference between the four tiers?+

Minimalist ($1,111/pp deposit) uses boutique eco-lodges, certified naturalists, and economy flights. D-List ($2,222/pp) upgrades to upscale lodges, senior specialists, and premium economy. A-List ($8,888/pp) is ultra-luxury lodges, foremost-authority guides, business-class flights, and a dedicated photographer. Bespoke Black ($8,888/pp deposit + $11,11 design fee, credited to your trip) is fully custom, multi-corridor, and can add private jets. Every deposit is a palindrome on purpose — Llegaste leans into angel numbers.

How far in advance should we book?+

2026 is largely sold out. We are booking 2027 now. Peak windows — Great Migration July–September, Patagonia December–February, Iceland aurora October–March, Exumas November–April — routinely fill 12–18 months out because there is only one helicopter, one pilot, one lodge per circuit per week.

Is the deposit really refundable?+

Yes. Every deposit is fully refundable for 7 days from the moment your card is charged. After that, the deposit is applied against your final balance and follows the tier-specific rebooking terms you sign at reservation. We recommend travel insurance for the remainder.

Can we combine two circuits?+

Yes — that's exactly what Bespoke Black is designed for. Common pairings: Kenya + Botswana, Patagonia + Iceland, Costa Rica + Exumas. The design fee covers routing, aircraft repositioning, visa logistics, and cross-border medical coverage.

Is it safe?+

Every operator we work with is IATA-bonded, insured to Western commercial standards, and flies twin-engine or single-engine turbine helicopters with certified pilots holding minimums well above regulatory floors. Full safety disclosures ship with your deposit confirmation.
